RB Construction and Excavation is a veteran-owned company with deep roots in the housing industry. Originally launched as a house-flipping business, the journey began with a commitment to buying homes at competitive and fair values. To achieve this, we had to master the construction side of the process, which naturally evolved into a full-fledged construction company specializing in residential housing. Today, we continue to improve homes and revitalize neighborhoods while sharing our extensive experience in building and remodeling with the public. From new construction to renovations, we are dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship and creating lasting value for homeowners and communities alike.

Meet the Owner

Ryan Hawker is the Founder of H3 Homebuyers and RB Construction and Excavation. Born and raised in Ohio, Ryan is deeply connected to his local community, where he lives with his wife, Chelsey, and their two daughters, Emma and Ella. Ryan served in both the Air Force and the Air National Guard for over 10 years and transitioned to civilian life, earning both a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. However, Ryan’s true passion lies in helping homeowners with their properties.

Now Ryan and his team can take on anything from new builds to renovations. The company is committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and creating lasting value for homeowners and communities.
